This training will introduce teachers to mindfulness practices tailored specifically for pre-K to kindergarten and elementary school classrooms. Participants will learn techniques to cultivate attention, self-awareness, and emotional regulation in young children. By incorporating mindfulness into daily routines, teachers can create a supportive environment that enhances children's ability to manage stress, navigate social interactions, and develop resilience.
