(Mandatory Initial Meeting)

Our CDA® Completion Program helps experienced early childhood educators earn their CDA credential without taking a full CDA course. Using previously completed training hours, participants receive support organizing and completing their CDA portfolio and required documentation. Eligible participants must have 3–5 years of experience in an early childhood education center and provide copies of prior training certificates or their TECPDS Training Log.

Join us at the 2026 SHINE Symposium for engaging, research-based sessions designed for early childhood educators. Our presentations will explore the impact of trauma, the effectiveness of small group instruction, and strategies for creating inclusive environments where every child feels a sense of belonging. Sessions will be offered in both English and Spanish, providing accessible and practical learning opportunities for all attendees.
