Leadership Course Series

This seven-part virtual series is designed for early childhood leaders, including directors, assistant directors, instructional coaches, and those in supervisory roles. Each session will explore key leadership topics relevant to the field of early childhood education, with practical strategies you can immediately apply within your organization.

This series will be hosted from April 15th to May 27th (hosted on Zoom, Wednesdays at 12 - 1:30PM CT), offering 16 total hours of professional development across seven weekly sessions INCLUDING Maxwell's DISC Personality Assessment with a personal consultation ($300 value!). This fully online series is facilitated live via Zoom and provides participants with a certificate upon completion.
