Esta capacitación se centrará en la implementación de círculos de construcción de comunidad como una herramienta poderosa para fomentar las conexiones y la empatía en los estudiantes. Los participantes aprenderán a facilitar círculos diseñados para fortalecer las relaciones, fomentar la comunicación y generar un sentido de pertenencia dentro de la comunidad del aula. A través de ejercicios interactivos y escenarios de juego de roles, los educadores explorarán los principios del lenguaje restaurativo y las prácticas relacionales, lo que les permitirá crear entornos inclusivos y de apoyo donde cada niño se sienta valorado y comprendido.
