Participants will explore the causes and effects of childhood trauma, recognize symptoms across ages birth to five, and examine both the physical and emotional components of a healing environment. Strategies for classroom design, emotional support structures, and sustaining a trauma-sensitive culture will help educators foster spaces where children feel secure, valued, and ready to thrive.
