In Challenging Behavior: Building Classrooms with Love, Structure, and Wings, participants will explore how to reframe behavior as an opportunity for connection, understanding, and growth. This engaging session blends research with real-life stories from early childhood educators who have successfully supported children with confidence and compassion. Participants will be introduced to practical, relationship-based strategies grounded in structure, consistency, and emotional support. By the end of the session, educators will have a flexible “toolbox” of strategies they can adapt to meet the unique needs of their classroom and support children in developing healthy interactions and connections.
